Darsi Kamay is a lover of the sit, who has boldly proclaimed that she loves meditation retreats better than going on holiday. Though a big statement, she stands by it, relishing the cool, calm feeling post-retreat far more that the highs from travel.
Graham Clark started meditating at a young age, reclaiming his love for meditation the last few years. He brings an unassuming love for the "hot and narrow path" and is an avid student of the paradoxes of non-duality.
Together they create a retreat each month for the love of sitting. They offer it to others to spread the love.
The venue is a townhouse on a small duck pond in the Comox Valley. The accommodations are simple and beautiful, and the food is lovingly prepared vegetarian fare, with much organic content. Participants have a private room with a bath next door for their personal use.
Two small wooded forests-parks are within a short walk. Please note that we are on a park, playground and duck pond, in a populated area so traditional walking meditation is only available indoors or in the woods.
